Usually 48-72 hours from the shoot date, depending on complexity, but if requested we can get the content over to you as soon as 24 hrs.
Can we rush an order? What is the fee?
Yes, rush service is available for a 24-hour turnaround, subject to a 25% fee (or state a specific amount/range).
What specific assets do you deliver for a standard package?
We deliver HDR Photos, a full Cinematic Virtual tour, and a social media reel tailored to you.
Who handles scheduling access with the homeowner?
The agent or agents assistant is responsible for coordinating and confirming access/lockbox details.
Do you require the property to be fully staged/prepped before arrival?
If the agent is selling the property as is then no the property does not have to be staged but Yes, the property must be photo-ready before the crew arrives to avoid delays or rescheduling fees.
What is your policy for rescheduling or cancellation?
We require 24 hours' notice; cancellations within that window. Fees may apply if these requests are not met.
Who owns the rights to the content after delivery?
The agent/brokerage receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license for property marketing; Allnxne Productions Inc. retains copyright.
Can you provide shorter video edits specifically for Instagram Reels?
Yes, we provide optimized short-form edits included with our standard package.
Are drone photos/video included in the standard price?
Drone is included based on the request from the agent and in some of our packages. fees may apply.
What file format are the photos delivered in?
We typically deliver high-res JPEGs optimized for MLS and print.
